Reporting to: Head Land Operations Corporate Office

Location: Adoni, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 10 to 15 years

 

Position Summary

Coordinate and manage project planning, execution, and commissioning within stringent timelines, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with aggregator for private land acquisition 
  • Internal scrutiny of land documents
  • Establish title clearance of each land parcel
  • Coordinating with legal team, both site and corporate office for internal legal clearance
  • Coordinating with survey team for carrying out field survey and preparation of survey sketch required for land registration
  • Coordinating with land aggregator for registration and mutation of land parcels
  • Coordinating with survey team and aggregator to obtain sub-division records.
  • Coordinating with land aggregator for submission of application for NA conversion
  • Supporting project development team for implementation of project till commission 
  • Supporting OEM/WTG erection team till installation and commissioning of WTG
  • Handling all ROW issues for smoother execution of the project
  • Support logistics team in movement of WTG equipment, cranes, power transformers etc. reaching zero point/WTG location from the nearest state or national highway
  • Coordinating with HR & Admin team at site on day to day site related admin and HR activities.
  • Supporting all other internal departments in completing the project activities at project site
  • Handing over the land to O&M team
  • Maintaining MIS reports 

 

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in renewable energy or project management would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, project management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Ability to work in diverse geographical locations and adapt to challenging project environments

Sr. Executive – Civil Procurement

Position: Sr. Executive – Civil Procurement
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting to: HOD


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all procurement

  • Assisting management in preparation of procurement plan

  • Incumbent will be handling Vendors

  • Incumbent will coordinate with Design team

  • Incumbent should have experience in Wind

  • Incumbent should have good knowledge of Civil codes of

  • Incumbent should be aware about the market price of materials like Steel, Cement, Aggregates

Ordering:

  • Review of Requisition

  • Floating of RFQ to approved vendors and follow-up for

  • Preparation of techno commercial evaluation and preparation of comparative

  • Performing commercial negotiations

  • Placement of order as per company

  • Keep abreast with the world market analysis including permanent analysis of raw material market, updated information of crucial items for all business activities of Company

  • Be responsible for continuous reduction of


Order Monitoring:

  • Conduct Kick of Meeting and issue MOM

  • Follow-up for deliverables like Engineering documents, Schedule, MDCC, Dispatch Reports

  • Tracking of Material Delivery on periodic

  • Payment processing for Vendors including Preparation of RA Bills, Review of vendor invoices

  • Follow-up with F&A department for vendor

  • Preparation for change orders according to company

  • Material delivery/ Logistic tracking

  • Attending observations indicated by internal customers and

  • Resolving Vendor grievances and

  • Preparation of various monitoring reports for Top


Vendor Development and Vendor Evaluation:

  • Identification of prospective vendor from open market and preparation of Master Vendor

  • Conducting vendor evaluation as per company Conduct due-diligence on vendor products, viability, company strength and regularly close monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the items procured

  • Preparation of vendor evaluation report and also gathering vendor

  • Develop, coordinate and control the order cycle and keep an eye on availability of materials and services locally as well as globally


Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Dip / B Tech – Civil

Experience: 4+yrs Exp in Wind / Solar industry

Knowledge

  1. Proven work experience as a Coordinator or similar

  2. It would be advantage if Incumbent has knowledge about contracts

  3. Should have knowledge/ hands on experience of ERP

  4. High degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast paced,

  5. Flexible, team-based

  6. Proficiency on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint,

  7. Bachelor’s degree in Civil

Skills

  1. Good command on languages with ability to communicate to effectively to various stakeholders

  2. including senior

  3. Excellent interpersonal/relationship building

  4. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across

  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  6. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
