Position Summary

Coordinate and manage project planning, execution, and commissioning within stringent timelines, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with aggregator for private land acquisition 
  • Internal scrutiny of land documents
  • Establish title clearance of each land parcel
  • Coordinating with legal team, both site and corporate office for internal legal clearance
  • Coordinating with survey team for carrying out field survey and preparation of survey sketch required for land registration
  • Coordinating with land aggregator for registration and mutation of land parcels
  • Coordinating with survey team and aggregator to obtain sub-division records.
  • Coordinating with land aggregator for submission of application for NA conversion
  • Supporting project development team for implementation of project till commission 
  • Supporting OEM/WTG erection team till installation and commissioning of WTG
  • Handling all ROW issues for smoother execution of the project
  • Support logistics team in movement of WTG equipment, cranes, power transformers etc. reaching zero point/WTG location from the nearest state or national highway
  • Coordinating with HR & Admin team at site on day to day site related admin and HR activities.
  • Supporting all other internal departments in completing the project activities at project site
  • Handing over the land to O&M team
  • Maintaining MIS reports 

 

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in renewable energy or project management would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, project management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Planning and Sourcing:

  • Contribute actively to streamline proposal drafting process on the basis of RFP by providing procurement details by calling quotations from the vendors
  • Analyse logistical problems and look out for alternate solutions
  • Interact with the installation and operations teams to forecast future procurement needs
  • Ensure that the design team is kept informed regarding the prices and developments in the market
  • Keep abreast with the world market analysis including permanent analysis of raw material market, updated information of crucial items like modules, inverters, turbines etc
  • Be responsible for continuous reduction of cost

 

Procurement and Vendor Management:

  • Support in the purchase activities for the Business
  • Develop, coordinate and control the order cycle and keep an eye on availability of materials and services locally as well as globally
  • Conduct due-diligence on vendor products, viability, company strength and regularly close monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the items procured
  • Ensure least storage of old and non-moving stock and plan replenishment

 

Logistics

  • Responsible for on-time preparation and review documents; delivery order from shipping company; transit insurance for transportation of material to site
  • Ensure timely arrangement of vehicle is done by the Logistics team to deliver the material at the various sites;
  • Ensure that transit insurance is covered for all the goods that are transported by the Company or Suppliers or Customers
  • Be responsible for having standard transporters and carriers

 

Qualification & Experience

Knowledge

  • Proven work experience as a Coordinator or similar role.
  • It would be advantage if Incumbent has knowledge about contracts
  • Should have knowledge/ hands on experience of ERP
  • High degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast paced, flexible, team-based environment.
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical

Position Summary:

To manage day to day transactions of the accounts department including verification & reconciliation
of general ledger, accounts payable, net banking & preparation of reports as part of monthly MIS.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Posting Deposits and Expenses entries on daily basis.
  • Performing reconciliations for Checking accounts, Credit cards, and payroll on Monthly basis.
  • Performing reconciliations for Merchant account.
  • Posting Month end & year end adjustment Journal entries.
